דוח מחקר מעניין מתאר ניתוח תוכן של מדריכי בינה מלאכותית בספריות אקדמיות.
לצורך המחקר נבחרו באקראי 48 ספריות חברות באיגוד הספריות האקדמיות בארה"ב (ARL), נמצא ש- ל-25 מהן יש מדריכי AI. בוצע ניתוח תוכן על מדריכים אלה תוך שימוש בתוכנה . VOSviewer הנתונים נאספו במהלך השבועיים הראשונים של אוקטובר 2023.
נמצאו 3 אשכולות של נושאים שכללו המדריכים: אשכול אחד כולל מספר נושאים כלליים בעלי חשיבות לסטודנטים כגון ספרים, מאמרים, כלים ופודקאסטים
אשכול שני מתרכז ב-ChatGPT, אחד מבוטי ה-AI הידועים ביותר; , שימוש נכון ב-AI ויישומי מולטימדיה.
באשכול שלישי יש דגש מסוים על נושאים הקשורים לציטוט כלי בינה מלאכותית, תאימות לזכויות יוצרים ויושרת אקדמית.
